A motorsports company in Chicago holds its facility to the same standard as its cars - sponsors, clients, and crew walk through this shop constantly. When the existing wall and ceiling insulation started showing torn sections and exposed edges, a professional finish became just as urgent as the thermal upgrade.
50" 2mm Pro ran across the full ceiling and walls, locked in with TermBars and screws painted white before install. Every edge clamped flush against the purlin, every seam sealed with 3" White Vapor Barrier Seam Tape. Nothing raw showing anywhere. The shop went from worn-out to showroom-ready with no tear-out, no downtime.

Screws were pre-painted white before install, so once the TermBars locked the BlueTex™ Insulation in place, no bare metal screw heads show against the white finish.
Tape applied along the seam edge, then BlueTex™ is tucked under the TermBar - sealed, flush, no exposed material.

Sogility is a soccer training facility in Medina, Ohio undergoing a full renovation. The existing roof insulation was old, torn, and sagging. A full tear out would have added significant cost and weeks of downtime to the project. Instead, the crew covered the failing facing in place with the BlueTex™ Insulation TermBar Cover & Repair System and brought the roof back to a finished, sealed, vapor tight surface.
Before installing a single roll of BlueTex™ Insulation, they did something pretty unique. They sprayed every piece of exposed metal in the roof structure dark grey. Purlins, framing, screws, all of it. Normally a spray job inside a metal building means masking off insulation and cutting in around fasteners. None of that applied here. The old insulation was getting covered with new BlueTex™ Insulation anyway, so overspray didn't matter.
Once the paint was dry, the crew installed Pro 2mm BlueTex™ Insulation across the full roof using the BlueTex™ TermBar Cover & Repair System. Panels were sealed at every seam with 3" white vapor barrier seam tape for a continuous, airtight finish.
The roof was done end to end with BlueTex™ Insulation. The result is a brand new tearproof and puncture resistant vapor barrier across the entire roof, a bright white interior that reflects the field lights, and a building that looks brand new on the inside.
