We offer FREE SHIPPING on all $100+ orders going within the CONUS (48 states). All orders are subject to a shipping fee is the order total is less than $100. If you are in AK or HI, contact us about shipping options: 800-595-8772. Return policy here.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders out daily, Monday - Friday. Smaller orders will ship the same day when the order is placed by 3pm CST. Orders placed after 3pm or larger orders will ship the following business day. Please note that weather and mechanical delays can sometimes interrupt ship time. If you have a question about timing, please call us: 800-595-8772.
Larger orders going by freight carrier may take 1-4 business days to be picked up; we have your pallets ready to pick up within 1 business day of your order, but they don’t always get picked up that soon because of carrier shortages and/or delays.
We strongly recommend you do not schedule machinery, equipment, or labor until your shipment has arrived. ETAs can fluctuate and occasionally delays happen. Plan ahead and give yourself extra time to receive your shipment. Past transit times do not guarantee future ones, so don't rely on history for your scheduling.
You will be notified by email (or text if you opted-in at checkout) when your order has shipped.
What carriers do you ship with?
Depending on the quantity and item, shipping is fulfilled by FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or by LTL Freight Carrier.
Local customers can contact us to arrange a pick up appointment. Discounts apply to local customers who choose to pick their order up.
How long will it take for your order to arrive?
We ship everything out of our warehouse in North Texas.
FedEx: FedEx shipping times depends on your shipping address. See the map below for ESTIMATED delivery days. In some cases, expedited shipping is available, please call for more info or a quote.
The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.
FedEx Ground (commercial zoned property) business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery (residential zoned property) business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
LTL: Freight carrier orders take between 2 and 6 days on average depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally, but we do ship to all 50 US states. If you have a freight forwarder in the USA, we can work with you to ship your order directly to them, and then you can coordinate forwarding the material from them to your final destination.
